I understand that by participating in Audience of One Camp 2025 (June 5–8), I do so voluntarily and at my own risk. I acknowledge that this event involves physical activities, transportation, and community living, and I agree to release and hold harmless Audience of One Collective, its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and all related parties from any liability or claim for injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.
I consent to the emergency administration of basic first aid and/or medical treatment if required. I understand I am responsible for disclosing any relevant allergies or medical conditions.
I grant permission for Audience of One Collective to photograph and record me during the event, and to use such media in promotional materials, social media, and future communications without compensation unless otherwise agreed upon.
I agree to abide by the camp's guidelines and code of conduct, including the no-phone policy (except during scheduled “Freshen Up” times), respect for fellow attendees, participation in all sessions, and maintaining the atmosphere of spiritual focus and community.
