  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (e.g., product launches or holiday seasons).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Tracking Information

  • Most orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • If your tracking info hasn’t updated within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

4. International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Audience of One is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

    • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the hands of the courier

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number first, and then reach out to us if needed.
