1. Merchandise Refunds

  • We accept refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Please email admin@ao1collective.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds for digital content, event or camp registrations, or “final sale” merchandise.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after that window, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
