We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days after the order is placed when the inventory is in stock.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location:

• Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.
Please double-check your address before checkout to avoid delays.

We want you to love what you wear. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• You contact us first at admin@ao1collective.com with your order number.

Please note: We do not currently accept returns for reasons like wrong sizing.
